Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern every booking made through the website, WhatsApp, phone or booking counter of Kalloji Travels, NGO's Colony, Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, 518502. By booking a seat, paying for a booking or travelling with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Our service

Kalloji Travels operates exam-special passenger transport (buses, cars and tempo travellers) for students and candidates travelling to examination centres, coaching centres and related destinations. Departures are planned around published examination dates and reporting times. We are a transport service provider only; we are not connected with any examination board, coaching institute or examination centre.

2. Who can book

  • You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. A parent or guardian must book on behalf of a passenger below 18 years and is responsible for that passenger.
  • You must give accurate passenger names, mobile numbers and any details requested (such as hall ticket number or institution). We may refuse boarding if the details on the ticket do not match the passenger's identity proof.
  • One booking covers the number of seats shown on the ticket. Seats cannot be shared or transferred without our written confirmation.

3. Fares and payment

  • Fares are quoted per seat in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A convenience fee may be added to online bookings and is shown before you pay.
  • Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Seats are held for a limited time while you pay. If payment is not completed before the hold expires, the hold is released and no booking exists.
  • A booking is confirmed only when payment is verified by our systems and a booking number and e-ticket are issued. A pending payment, screenshot or bank message is not a confirmation.
  • If an amount lower than the booking total is received, the booking is not confirmed and the amount received is refunded.

4. Tickets and boarding

  • The e-ticket (sent as a link on WhatsApp or SMS and available under "My booking") is the only proof of booking. Carry it on your phone or as a printout together with a valid photo identity card and, where applicable, your hall ticket.
  • Report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the departure time printed on the ticket. Vehicles leave on time and we cannot wait for late passengers; a missed departure is treated as a no-show and is not refundable.
  • Boarding and dropping points are those selected at booking. Requests to change them are subject to availability and the driver's route.
  • Where a seat number is printed on the ticket, please occupy that seat. We may reassign seats of the same category for operational or safety reasons.

5. Cancellations, refunds and changes

  • Cancellations by you are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which states the refund percentage for each cancellation window. The policy in force when you booked is saved with your booking and applies to it.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method and normally reach your account within 7 to 10 working days after approval, depending on your bank.
  • If we cancel a departure (for example because of vehicle breakdown, weather, strikes, road closures or insufficient bookings) we will inform you on the mobile number given at booking and offer an alternative departure or a full refund of the amount paid. We are not liable for any other loss arising from a cancelled or delayed departure.
  • Schedules, vehicles, drivers and routes may change for operational reasons. We will tell you about material changes as early as possible.

6. Passenger conduct

  • Passengers must follow the driver's instructions and wear seat belts where provided.
  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, weapons, inflammable material and any illegal item are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Abusive, unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in the passenger being asked to leave the vehicle without refund.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.

7. Luggage and belongings

  • Each passenger may carry one bag and one small hand bag. Larger luggage is carried at our discretion and subject to space.
  • Keep your valuables, documents, hall ticket, phone and money with you at all times. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

8. Communications and consent

  • By booking you agree to receive booking confirmations, e-tickets, payment receipts, reminders, schedule changes and other service messages relating to your journey on the mobile number and email you provide, through WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, phone calls and email.
  • We may also send you information about upcoming exam-special departures and offers through the same channels. You can opt out of such messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by calling . Service messages about an existing booking will still be sent.
  • Message delivery depends on your network operator and on WhatsApp or RCS being available on your device. Please check "My booking" on our website if you do not receive a message.

9. Liability

  • We will take reasonable care to carry you safely and on time, but we are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, government orders, strikes, breakdowns or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from a passenger missing an examination, interview or any other event, including examination fees, travel costs or loss of opportunity.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Website and content

  • The website, booking system, logos and content belong to Kalloji Travels and may not be copied or used for any purpose other than making and managing your booking.
  • You must not misuse the website, attempt to access other customers' bookings, or interfere with its operation.

11. Changes to these Terms
